A new online registration must be completed for each sport in order to participate.

Try-Outs and Registration

You can access try-out and online registration information from your computer, tablet of mobile device. To register for a sport, please visit https://az-kyrene.intouchreceipting.com/.

Online Registration Dates:

• 1st Quarter: July 15 - 26, 2024 (Cut)  ♦  July 15 - Aug. 16, 2024 (Non-cut)
• 2nd Quarter: Sept. 9 - 27, 2024 (Cut) ♦ Sept. 9 - Nov. 5, 2024 (Non-cut)
• 3rd Quarter: Dec. 2 - 20, 2024 (Cut) ♦ Dec. 2 - Jan. 24, 2025 (Non-cut)
• 4th Quarter: Feb. 17 - Mar. 7, 2025 (Cut) ♦ Feb. 17 - Apr. 18, 2025 (Non-cut)

 

 

PARTICIPATION FEES

If your student is participating in a non-cut sport, payment is due at the time of registration.  If your student is trying out for a cut sport, payment will be due once you have been notified that your student made the team.  You will need to pay the participation fee by the first day of practice. 

1.  Payment will be made for non-cut sports at the time of registration. 

2.  Payment for cut sports will be made online once you have been notified your student made the team.

 Financial Assistance

If you wish to apply for financial assistance, you will need to submit a Financial Assistance application prior to the start date of tryouts.  Incomplete applications will not be processed.  Due to financial constraints, we are unable to provide 100% assistance.
