Welcome Back to  the 2025-2026 school year!!!   Pueblo’s Chapter of the National Junior Honor Society is pleased to announce that applications for membership can be found on-line under the NJHS tab beginning Monday, August 11th.   This year’s candidates will be required to participate in 30 hours of service and maintain a 3.0 GPA throughout the year.   Any 7th or 8th grade student who is interested in joining NJHS needs to submit a completed  application no later than Friday, August 29th.  Students who will be considered 2nd year NJHS members do need to complete an application.  

2025-26 NJHS Application

New members will receive a letter confirming their membership by Tuesday, September 2nd.  

The first NJHS meeting will be held in Mr. Selleh’s room, A-8, on Thursday, September, 4th from 7:50 – 8:10 a.m.  Topics will include # of service hours required, suggestions for service hours and  service projects.  Future meetings for NJHS will be held on the first Thursday of the month in Mr. Selleh’s room A-8 from 7:50 – 8:10 a.m.  Service logs will be due on April 24th, 2026 with NJHS Induction Ceremony on Tuesday, May 12th.

There is a $25.00 membership fee which will help to cover the cost of the National Chapter dues, NJHS t-shirts and the end of year induction ceremony.  The fee can be paid via InTouch online payment portal, cash or check made out to Pueblo Middle School to the front office.


NJHS has a long history of honor, dedication, and pride. We are pleased to be a part of this outstanding organization.
